PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk has reintroduced a 30 percent toll discount for Class I vehicles on nine sections of highways managed by the Jasa Marga Group. This policy is in effect for two days during the return flow period of the 2026 Eid al-Fitr holidays, starting from Thursday, 26 March 2026 at 00:00 WIB until Friday, 27 March 2026 at 24:00 WIB. Previously, the same discount was applied during the outbound journey period on 15-16 March 2026. Jasa Marga President Director Rivan A. Purwantono stated that this policy aims to anticipate traffic density during the peak return flow. He added that potential increases in return traffic are expected on 28-29 March 2026, particularly towards the Jabodetabek area. The 30 percent toll discount applies to several strategic sections of the Trans-Java Toll Road, Trans-Sumatra Toll Road, and the Bandung-Cisumdawu area. For the Trans-Java Toll Road, the discount covers, among others, the Semarang Toll Road Sections ABC, Batang-Semarang, Palimanan-Kanci, MBZ Elevated Road, and Jakarta-Cikampek. Meanwhile, on the Trans-Sumatra Toll Road, it includes the Medan-Kualanamu-Tebing Tinggi (MKTT) Toll Road and Belawan-Medan-Tanjung Morawa (Belmera). Here is the detail of the discounts during the return flow period: Trans-Java Toll Road: Trans-Sumatra Toll Road: Bandung-Cisumdawu: Jasa Marga emphasises that the discount only applies to road users undertaking continuous journeys (barrier gate to barrier gate) using the same electronic money card for tap in and tap out with sufficient balance. “The origin of the journey and vehicle class must be properly recorded in the toll transaction system. The discount does not apply if the electronic money balance is insufficient or the origin and vehicle class are not readable,” explained Rivan. Additionally, road users are encouraged to download the Travoy application to obtain the latest traffic information, rest area locations, toll rates, and real-time CCTV. The public is also asked to ensure the vehicle’s condition and the driver’s fitness, as well as prepare the electronic money balance before travelling. Jasa Marga also reminds road users to obey signs and instructions from officers, and not to linger at rest areas so they can be used alternately. Traffic information can also be accessed via the Call Centre 133 and Jasa Marga’s official social media.
