Novotel offers traditional food

YOGYAKARTA: To mark the country's 59th Independence Day, the
Novotel hotel on Jl. Sudirman will offer traditional food from
across the country on Aug. 17 and Aug. 18.

The Nusantara Food Festival will be held at the hotel's
Kedaton Restaurant from 6.30 p.m to 10 p.m.

"To make it special, the decorations and the dress of our
staff will reflect the diverse culture of Indonesia," Novotel's
public relations manager Dyah Retno Wikan said.

Retno said other buffets were also available at the hotel
during the month of August.

"You can enjoy steak, including tenderloin and sirloin and
lamb chops at the hotel every Saturday," Retno said. --JP
