Note! Starting Today and Tomorrow, Those Using Jakarta-Cikampek to Kalikangkung Toll Road Get Discount During Mudik

PT Jasa Marga has implemented toll tariff discounts on 15-16 March 2026 to support the 2026 Lebaran mudik exodus.

Vice President of Corporate Secretary & Legal at PT Jasa Marga Trans Jawa Tol, Ria Marlinda Paalo stated that the tariff reductions consist of two categories.

“A 30 per cent tariff reduction for continuous travel from Cikampek Utama Toll Gate to Kalikangkung Toll Gate,” Ria told reporters at Cikampek Utama Toll Gate in Karawang District, West Java, on Saturday.

Meanwhile, on the Batang–Semarang section, a different tariff reduction will be applied, approximately 46 per cent for road users who pass continuously through Kalikangkung Toll Gate.

Jasa Marga has opened 19 toll booths at Cikampek Utama Toll Gate in Karawang District, West Java, to anticipate the surge in vehicle numbers during the 2026 Lebaran mudik period.

“Cikampek Utama Toll Gate, which normally operates 15 booths, has been increased to 19 booths focusing on serving vehicles heading eastward from Jakarta through Trans Jawa,” said Ria.

Ria noted that the increase in vehicle volume has been apparent since 11 March 2026, although not yet significantly.

“From 11 to 13 March, our calculations show approximately 108,000 vehicles have passed through Cikampek Utama Toll Gate heading eastward through Trans Jawa from Jakarta. So indeed there has been a quite substantial surge,” she said.

However, Ria noted that the increase in vehicle volume has not yet been accompanied by traffic management measures.

“Neither one-way nor contra-flow systems have been implemented. For now there are no traffic management measures at all, because all the vehicle surge can still be anticipated adequately,” she said.
