The Directorate General of Immigration under the Ministry of Immigration and Corrections (Kemenimipas) has adjusted immigration service hours during Ramadan. The revised schedule has been synchronised with the adjusted working hours for civil servants (ASN), as stipulated by the government through the Ministry of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform (PAN RB).

“We are ensuring that immigration services continue to operate optimally during Ramadan. This adjustment to service hours is made to respect and accommodate both the public and employees observing the fast, so that activities and worship can be carried out as well as possible,” said Acting Director General of Immigration Yuldi Yusman, as quoted on Thursday (19 February 2026).

Yuldi urged the public to reconfirm the schedules of immigration service units such as Public Service Malls (MPP), Immigration Work Units (UKK), Passport Service Units (ULP) and Immigration Lounges with their local immigration offices. This information can also be accessed on the official social media pages of each immigration office.

“On behalf of the immigration service, I extend my wishes for a blessed Ramadan to our Muslim brothers and sisters in Indonesia. May God ease our worship and bless all our activities during the month of Ramadan,” Yuldi said.

Immigration services across Indonesia will operate under the following arrangements: from Monday to Thursday, services will run from 08:00 to 15:00 local time, with a break from 12:00 to 12:30 local time.

On Fridays, services will operate from 08:00 to 15:30 local time, with a staff break from 11:30 to 12:30.

On Saturdays and Sundays, weekend passport service units will be open from 08:00 to 14:00 local time, with a service break from 12:00 to 12:30 local time.
