How to Check Electricity Bills via PLN Mobile Here is how to check the amount of your electricity bill through the PLN Mobile app. - Download the PLN Mobile app from the Play Store or App Store - Once downloaded, open the PLN Mobile app - Register, then log in after having an account - On the “Home” page, click “Record Meter” - Simply photograph the numbers on your home electricity meter using the “SwaCAM” feature, and the bill estimate will be immediately available in the app - Click “Image Taking Guide” to learn the correct way to use SwaCAM - After that, click “Start SwaCAM”. Ensure the meter reading is clearly visible within the yellow box outline on the screen, without decimal point numbers - Take the photo according to the instructions - This SwaCAM feature is only available from the 23rd to the 27th of each month - Once you have finished photographing with SwaCAM, you can find out the amount of your electricity bill.
