I am writing with reference to a blacklist of companies
recently published by the Director General of Customs and Duties
in which PT Seroja qq PT Akzo Nobel Car is mentioned.

I would like you to inform your readers that neither our
company PT Akzo Nobel Car Refinishes Indonesia nor PT Seroja is
on the blacklist, nor should they at any time have been on this
list, as evidenced by the clarification letters No Ket-
14/WBC.04/1997 and Ket-15/WBC.04/1997 dated April 14, 1997.

We hope by publishing this letter you will clear up any
misunderstanding regarding our company caused by the publication
of this blacklist.
