Not Just YTR: More Women Come Forward Claiming to Be Victims of Bandung Confinement Suspect TH
The case of alleged confinement and abuse suffered by a woman with the initials YTR in Bandung continues to reveal shocking new facts to the public. After YTR’s harrowing story became a national spotlight, a number of confessions have now emerged from other women who claim to have experienced mistreatment by the perpetrator, identified by the initials TH, a figure who is currently still a fugitive sought by the police. The emergence of these various testimonies has drawn increasing attention to the case. Many netizens have begun to question whether YTR was the sole victim or just one of several women who have had encounters with TH. These confessions were shared via the Instagram account @sultansahbanaiman, which claimed to have received many direct messages from women stating they had unpleasant experiences with the man. One confession that grabbed attention came from a woman who claimed to have been a victim several years before YTR’s case was revealed. In her message, she claimed to have experienced treatment that traumatised her to this day. ‘Baba, I was also a victim 3 years ago, before he was with the current victim,’ said one woman claiming to be a victim of TH, as quoted on Monday, 22 June 2026. The woman then recounted an experience she said occurred at a lodging in Garut. ‘Back then, I was tortured at a lodging in Garut, then I was forced to follow his sexual whims, without being given food or drink. Then, on the way home, I was hungry and asked to buy cuanki, and yes, I bought the cuanki using my own money. And finally, when I didn’t heed his WhatsApp messages, I was cursed at and called names by him.’ Another testimony came from a woman who claimed to have been harassed by the same man. In her statement, she assessed that TH had good speaking skills, making it easy for him to gain the trust of women he had just met. ‘He is truly evil, he is very good at treating women, he is clever with words,’ said another victim.
