Not Just Theory! UNM's IEP 3+1 Programme Prepares FEB Students for Global Employment from University

Jakarta - The Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) at Universitas Nusa Mandiri (UNM), as a Digital Business Campus, continues to demonstrate its commitment to producing graduates ready to compete in the global era through innovative learning programmes. One such initiative is the Internship Experience Programme (IEP) 3+1. The IEP 3+1 programme represents an implementation of learning that integrates the academic world with the industrial world. Through this scheme, students undergo three years of study on campus and one year of direct internship in the working world, thereby gaining real experience before graduation. This programme is designed to enhance competencies, strengthen work readiness, and provide a competitive edge for students in facing career challenges at both national and global levels.
