Not Just Culinary, Education Booths Enliven Disway Mandarin Debate & Speech Competition 2026

Bayu assessed that the increasing investment by Chinese companies in Indonesia presents an opportunity for the younger generation. Therefore, the experience of studying in China is expected to serve as a foundation so that graduates can later contribute to various Chinese companies operating in Indonesia.

Meanwhile, another education booth was presented by Xin Zhong School. Marketing representative Jayadi said that the school brought a number of education programmes as well as special promotions during the event.

Xin Zhong School offered registration fee discounts of up to 20 per cent as well as the chance to take part in a grand lucky draw with prizes including an education voucher worth Rp7.5 million and precious metals.

The school implements trilingual education with the Cambridge curriculum and holds Satuan Pendidikan Kerja Sama (SPK) status. Xin Zhong School also provides a complete range of education levels from playgroup, kindergarten, primary school, junior high school, to senior high school.

Jayadi said that one of the advantages offered is the presence of educators from various countries, including teachers from China. According to him, the school also cooperates with the Chinese government to bring teaching staff to the school.

The presence of the education booths was also part of efforts to introduce various education options to visitors who came to participate in or watch the Disway Mandarin Debate & Speech Competition 2026.

For visitors, the booth area was not only a place to seek information, but also opened up the opportunity to become more familiar with various education options and opportunities to learn Mandarin.
