The Daya Anagata Nusantara Investment Management Agency (BPI Danantara) is pushing for the transformation of state-owned transport enterprises, including improvements in services that have a direct impact on the public.

Senior Director of the Transportation Sector at Danantara Aset Manajemen (DAM), Wamildan Tsani Panjaitan, said the agency is focusing on the service quality of one state-owned toll road operator, PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk. (JSMR).

According to him, the success of state-owned enterprises in the transport sector is not only measured by traffic growth, toll revenue, or the completion of strategic toll road projects, but also by the ease and comfort experienced by road users.

“Well-maintained road conditions, smoother journeys, increasingly assured user safety, and the ability to anticipate and handle disruptions quickly,” Wamildan said during a visit to the Danantara Housing Expo 2026 in an official statement on Monday (31/8/2026).

Wamildan encouraged road users to utilise the Travoy feature. Through the application, various travel needs can be handled within a single digital ecosystem, so that journeys to and from home can be prepared and undertaken more smoothly, safely and comfortably.

Jasa Marga President Director Rivan A. Purwantono explained that one form of the company’s transformation is developing integrated toll road services oriented towards the needs of road users.

“We want to drive a transformation of civilisation through a shift from infrastructure to infraculture, by changing the paradigm that originally focused on developing toll roads as infrastructure assets towards a culture of best service in delivering meaningful travel experiences,” Rivan said.

He explained that the Travoy application is part of a digital ecosystem that supports the needs of the public. The platform highlights the connection between housing and mobility as an inseparable part of people’s daily activities.

The Travoy ecosystem covers everything from the moment a user enters a toll gate, where they can use transaction services via digital receipts, top-ups, and contactless transactions based on Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) stickers.

“When needing a rest, users can find facility information through Travoy Rest, including the availability of petrol stations and electric vehicle charging stations in rest areas. Meanwhile, if experiencing problems on the journey, users can access the One Call Center 133 to obtain assistance, including towing services and support from officers in the field,” he explained.
