On June 6, my elder brother bought a newly conditioned and
officially guaranteed cellular phone Nokia 3330 from Toko Beryl
Indo Perkasa on Jl. Pemuda, Padang. The next day, after turning
on the phone for five minutes, he realized it was not working
well, although it was fully charged. He tried several times to
activate it, but to no avail.

He went to the store to return it on June 8. The vendor, after
a long argument, offered to have the phone repaired in Jakarta.

Why doesn't Nokia 3330, the model which is being promoted
widely, live up to the quality it promises?
