REALME Indonesia is once again making waves in the domestic smartphone market. Through its official announcement, Realme confirmed that the Realme 16 Series 5G will be officially launched on March 10, 2026, at 3:00 PM WIB.

Carrying the slogan “200MP Portrait in Every Vibe,” this series promises a more affordable, professional-level photography experience for young Indonesians.

The latest line consists of three main models: the Realme 16 5G, the Realme 16 Pro 5G, and the Realme 16 Pro+ 5G.

All three come with significant improvements, especially in battery life and optical zoom capabilities, which were previously only found in premium flagship series like the GT series.

The top model, the Realme 16 Pro+ 5G, is the star of the show thanks to its unprecedented camera combination in its segment. This device pairs a 200MP LumaColor Main Camera with a 50MP Periscope Telephoto.

This periscope camera supports a Golden Focal Length of 3.5x, which is ideal for portrait photos with a natural bokeh effect.

Realme also introduces the Vibe Master Mode, which allows users to instantly select cinematic color tones for various scenarios, from concerts to street photography. The LumaColor IMAGE technology, developed in collaboration with TÜV Rheinland, ensures that color accuracy and shadow detail are maintained even in difficult lighting conditions.

One of the most interesting technical achievements in this series is the use of a 7,000 mAh Titan Battery. Unlike other phones with large batteries that are usually thick and heavy, the Realme 16 Series adopts an Air Design concept that keeps the body slim with a thickness of only 8.1 mm and a weight of around 183 grams.

To support productivity, Realme includes 80W Ultra Charge fast charging technology on the Pro+ variant, while the regular variant is equipped with 60W. Its physical durability is also impressive, with IP68 and IP69K certifications that make it resistant to dust, water immersion, and high-pressure water jets.

Although the official price will only be announced on March 10, Realme Indonesia has opened a pre-order program since February 23, 2026. Consumers can get a Limited Premium Gift Box worth IDR 599,000 and a trade-in cashback of up to IDR 1 million.
