Nonexistent PO Box

Nonexistent PO Box

From Pikiran Rakyat

In mid-July, Pikiran Rakyat ran an advertisement for a job
opening placed by a social organization cooperating with a Dutch
non-governmental organization in entrepreneurship development.

The ad stated that an applicant wishing to take part in their
training was required to transfer Rp 75,000 to a BCA account and
send a copy of the remittance slip to PO Box 1854 BD Bandung
40000.

I applied and transferred the money as requested. A month
later, however, my letter of application was returned by the post
office with a note reading "PO Box 1854 BD does not exist".

My money has gone and I have been cheated. Job seekers all
over the country should be made aware beware of such a trick.
