Non-Subsidised LPG Prices at Depots and Retailers Increase, Effective 24 April

PT Pertamina (Persero) has increased the selling price of non-subsidised Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) in 5.5 kg and 12 kg cylinders as of 18 April 2026. The price adjustment is also implemented at the level of official depots.

This is at least what has been observed in the South Tangerang area. One of Pertamina’s official LPG depots is already selling non-subsidised LPG at the increased price, for example, the price of 12 kilogram (kg) non-subsidised LPG has reached Rp 255,000 per cylinder, or an increase of up to Rp 45,000 per cylinder from the previous period.

The 5.5 kg non-subsidised LPG size has also experienced a price increase, now reaching Rp 125,000 per cylinder, or up Rp 15,000 from the previous period.

“The 12 kg is Rp 255,000, while the (5.5 kg) is Rp 125,000,” said the guard at the LPG depot, on Friday (24/4/2026).

Nevertheless, the price of 3 kg subsidised LPG has not changed. The price applicable at least at one retailer in South Tangerang remains the same as the previous period, namely Rp 22,000 per cylinder.

The Highest Retail Price (HET) for 3 kg LPG is Rp 19,000 per cylinder in the South Tangerang area.
