Non-Residential Facilities Shaping Business Hubs
The development of business and commercial facilities in the Summarecon Bogor area continues alongside the growth of the approximately 500-hectare township, which has been under development since 2020. PT Summarecon Agung Tbk is developing several non-residential facilities to create a centre of economic activity for residents and the surrounding community.
Indra W. Antono, Executive Director of PT Summarecon Agung Tbk, stated that the development of non-residential facilities is being carried out in line with the growth of the area. “Summarecon Bogor is being developed as an integrated area that offers not only housing but also a complete life ecosystem. We are continuously introducing residential, commercial, and lifestyle facilities in a gradual and planned manner,” said Indra on Saturday (11/9).
He explained that in the first quarter of 2026, the company will develop the Centeria Business Loft as a continuation of the Centeria commercial area. These facilities will add to several previously developed business areas, including Graha Boulevard since 2023, Mountain View Terrace, and Centeria Square.
Since development began six years ago, Summarecon Bogor has launched several residential clusters. The latest development is The Sherwood Residence, introduced in August 2026, following the launch of The Maple Golf in 2025.
According to Indra, the expansion of the commercial area is being conducted alongside the growth of culinary centres and community activities. Mountain View Terrace has become one of the commercial points developed approximately one kilometre from the South Bogor Toll exit. Meanwhile, Graha Boulevard hosts business and culinary areas through KiosSpace.
“We have also introduced a supermarket that began operations in 2025 and are preparing the development of other commercial facilities. One of the projects included in the area’s development plan is Summarecon Mall Bogor,” he explained.
In addition to the commercial sector, he continued, the township development includes educational and sports facilities. Several educational institutions already present in the area include Sekolah Terpadu Sedaya Bintang, Kipina Kids Indonesia, and Sekolah Islam Al Azhar Summarecon.
Summarecon Bogor is the seventh township developed by Summarecon. The area is located on the border of Bogor City and is connected to the Jagorawi Toll Road via the South Bogor Toll Gate.
The development of business facilities, education, and shopping centres is part of the company’s efforts to foster area activity beyond the residential sector, following the residential development that has been underway since 2020.
