Nokia introduces new phones
JAKARTA: Mobile phone company Nokia launched here on Monday the Nokia 8910 and Nokia 8855, two products the company hopes will strengthen its market share in the country.
"Each of these phones is set to become a design icon for those who appreciate style and quality coupled with useful functionality," Nokia Indonesia general manager Hasan Aula said in a statement.
The Nokia 8910 has a titanium casing and features such functions as voice command, voice recording, personal alert tones and a 500-name-capacity phonebook.
The Nokia 8855 features improved SMS features, profile logos, voice dialing and an analog watch.
The Nokia 8855 is a GSM 900/1800 and WAP-enabled phone that allows users to connect to mobile services and infotaintment while on the move, the company said. --JP
