Former Deputy Minister of Manpower Immanuel Ebenezer Gerungan (Noel) arrived at the Corruption Court (Tipikor) in Jakarta on Thursday (4/6/2026) to attend the verdict hearing for his alleged involvement in corruption, extortion, and gratification. The former Deputy Minister for the 2024-2025 period was scheduled to face the judges’ decision regarding the case involving the alleged extortion of Occupational Health and Safety (K3) certificate processing. During his arrival, an individual dressed in white carrying a wayang puppet was seen standing beside him.
