No Yustisi Operations: Pramono Asks Newcomers to Complete Administration and Match Capabilities
JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com - Jakarta Governor Pramono Anung has confirmed that there will be no yustisi operations for new migrants following the 2026 Eid al-Fitr homecoming flow. Nevertheless, he has asked migrants who wish to work in Jakarta to meet administrative requirements and have abilities that match the field of work they intend to pursue. According to him, Jakarta is open to migrants from various regions who want to seek employment. However, he stressed that migrants must still follow the rules that are already in place in Jakarta. In addition, the phenomenon of a surge in migrants after Eid is something that occurs every year. “Indeed, now we also suspect that there will definitely be a surge of people seeking work in Jakarta,” Pramono stated.
