Jakarta, VIVA – The East Nusa Tenggara Provincial Government continues to accelerate the digital transformation of public services. One of its latest steps is realised through the signing of a payment gateway integration agreement between PT Finnet Indonesia (Finpay) and the Regional Revenue and Asset Agency (BPAD) of the East Nusa Tenggara Provincial Government on the PRO NTT application.

This collaboration is part of efforts to modernise the payment system for regional services, particularly Motor Vehicle Tax (PKB) and various other regional levies, so that they are more easily accessible to the public online.

PRO NTT itself is a digital platform developed by BPAD Pemprov NTT to provide integrated public services for residents of East Nusa Tenggara. Before the integration, payment processes relied on manual methods at service counters or through Virtual Accounts, which were deemed to have several limitations in practice.

Through Finnet’s payment gateway integration, the payment system now supports real-time digital transactions with a wider and more flexible range of payment methods. The public can now pay using credit cards, QRIS, DANA, LinkAja and even Virtual Accounts from BRI, Bank Mandiri, BNI, BCA, Bank Mega, Maybank, and regional development banks.

Rakhmad Tunggal Afifuddin, Chief Executive Officer of Finnet Indonesia (Finpay), said the advent of this integrated digital payment system is expected to improve the quality of public services while making it easier for residents to meet their tax obligations and other regional service payments without having to come to a physical counter.

‘In addition to speeding up the transaction process, the integration is also seen as a means to promote digital financial inclusion in the region, as well as enhance transparency and timeliness of public service payments,’ said the executive, known as RTA, in a statement on Tuesday, 19 May 2026.

This collaboration also underscores the commitment of the East Nusa Tenggara Provincial Government to building a more modern, efficient, and integrated digital services ecosystem as part of its vision to position NTT as a province adaptable to Indonesia’s digital transformation.

Present at the signing were Finnet Indonesia (Finpay) CEO Rakhmad Tunggal Afifuddin, Head of Bapenda of NTT Province Johny Erikcson Ataupah, Director of Traffic (Dirlantas) of the NTT Regional Police, Kombes Pol Dedi Eka Jaya Helmi, Head of Jasa Raharja NTT Sumantri Muhammad Basawan, and Director of Business Marketing (BM), Azis Sidqi. The event was held at Kristal Hotel Kupang, NTT.
