Participants wishing to file a claim through Lapak Asik can follow these steps:

  1. Access the Lapak Asik website via https://lapakasik.bpjsketenagakerjaan.go.id.

  2. Fill in the claim submission data such as KPJ Number, NIK, full name, email address, and other mandatory data.

  3. Complete additional data such as phone number and bank account number.

  4. Upload required documents such as ID card, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan participant card, and supporting documents according to the type of claim.

  5. After registration is complete, participants will receive a queue barcode and notification of estimated service time via registered email and phone number.
