BRImo app provides cash withdrawal features at all BRILLink agents across Indonesia.

BRImo users can withdrawal once at BRILLink warungs ranging from Rp50,000 to Rp5,000,000 with a manageable admin fee starting at Rp3,000 per transaction.

The process is straightforward:

  • Open BRImo app

  • Select deposit/ withdrawal menu

  • Choose withdrawal location at BRILLink agent

  • select the desired withdrawal amount from your account, ensuring sufficient balance

  • complete the transaction and pay admin fee

  • enter your BRImo PIN

  • receive a transaction code and barcode to give to the BRILLink agent and collect cash.

BRI President Director Hery Gunardi stated that BRILLink’s presence is strategically important as a financial access agent, especially for banking services reaching even the most remote areas.

“BRILLink has 1.2 million outlets, spread across Indonesia, and can reach villages where there are no banks. This is called Agent Banking, and we’re doing it all,” said BRI’s President Director to CNBC Indonesia during his speech at Jogja Financial Festival 2026 in Bantul, on Thursday, 28 May 2026.

BRILLink serves as a lifeline for unbanked populations who lack access to banking facilities.

LPS (Deposit Insurance Corporation) recorded 15.3 million unbanked Indonesians aged 15-69 in 2025. Although this number decreased from 23.5 million the previous year, it remains significant.

BRILLink is part of BRI’s services where BRI acts as an agent for customers to facilitate real-time online banking transactions using mini ATM EDC BRI features with a cost-sharing concept.

BRILLink’s reach into remote, border, and outermost (3T) areas can drive Indonesia’s financial inclusion, improving access to banking facilities and promoting nationwide equality.

Besides cash withdrawal, BRILLink agents also offer other key services, including transfers to BRI or other banks, electricity and water bill payments, mobile top-ups, zakat payments, mini ATM, and more.
