No longer cool in Bukit Sentul

With regard to a special feature on the Bukit Sentul
residential area (Media Indonesia, Sept. 30, 2002), we, too,
would like to address our complaints to the developer.

Our relative had a disappointing experience with the developer
when he bought a house at Bukit Sentul because:

* He could make the payment of the house in Jakarta but had to
settle all the necessary papers/documents in Sentul.

* Prior to obtaining the papers, residents are subject to
unilaterally-drawn up regulations and are required to pay many
additional fees/charges plus increasing the fees of environmental
management (IPL).

* When the house was purchased about four years ago, the area was
still cool but now it is hot and barren so that residents sold
their houses.
