The disclosure began with the widespread misuse and circulation of N2O gas branded Whip Pink. In response, the Subdit III Team of Dittipidnarkoba Bareskrim Polri conducted an undercover purchase to identify the product pickup point.

On Monday, 13 April 2026, around 21:00 WIB, the Subdit III Team of Dittipidnarkoba Bareskrim Polri received information regarding the circulation of N2O gas branded Whip Pink in the Kemayoran area, Central Jakarta. The team, led by Commissioner Awaludin, then conducted a search to the location.

The team then raided the shophouse and found a man named Sugiyo (56), who was the stock keeper and goods dispatcher. During the raid, police also discovered several variants and sizes of N2O gas branded Whip Pink.

Based on the interrogation of Sugiyo, the team proceeded to search a shophouse on Jalan Rajawali Selatan Raya, RT 1/RW 6, Gunung Sahari Utara, Pademangan Subdistrict, North Jakarta City. At the location, police secured four men, namely Slamet Triyono, Sultoni, Suprastyo, and Asep Saprijal, who were employees producing Whip Pink.

During the search, officers seized several pieces of evidence, including machines for filling N2O gas from large cylinders of 27 kg, 30 kg, and 32 kg into small Whip Pink cylinders of 580 grams, 640 grams, 950 grams, 1,320 grams, and 2,050 grams.
