No ban on Prabowo?

I do not know the truth yet about the report that Lt. Gen.
(ret.) Prabowo Subianto has obtained Jordanian citizenship. If it
is true, then it is strongly deplored. Why? Because we know that
Prabowo, who has admitted to having kidnapped prodemocracy
activists, is now under investigation.

I have no idea what the students would feel if the report
proves true. We all know that human rights violations against
students cause very deep concern to us. I for one was a direct
witness of how the students were shot at during the Semanggi
tragedy.

If Prabowo has really become a Jordanian citizen, it is very
much regretted. Why did the government not prevent him from
leaving Indonesia?
