Ninth to sixteenth seed Yuan Kartika of Tangkas Bogasari also cruised in an 11-3, 11-1 defeat of unseeded Jpy Kencana of Indonesia 11-3, 11-1.

Imme Kris Wicaksono of Djarum, another 9/16 seed, received a walkover against Nana Sutrisna of Indonesia, while Aprilia of Indonesia blanked compatriot Evelin 11-0, 11-0.
