The Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) recorded nine companies planning to enter the capital market through initial public offerings (IPOs) as of 9 October 2026.

“There are still nine companies in the IDX listing pipeline,” IDX Director of Valuation Saidu Solihin said, as quoted on Monday (12 October 2026).

So far, seven companies have listed on the IDX, raising Rp2.16 trillion.

Of the companies currently in the pipeline, two have small-scale assets of less than Rp50 billion; four have medium-scale assets of between Rp50 billion and Rp250 billion; and three have large-scale assets of more than Rp250 billion.

By sector, the pipeline comprises one company in basic materials, two in energy, one in finance, four in healthcare and one in industry.

Companies’ interest in listing on the IDX during 2026 appears to have declined. By the end of August 2026, only seven companies had listed, raising around Rp2.16 trillion in total, far below the figure for the same period last year.

Hasan Fawzi, the Financial Services Authority (OJK) chief executive for capital markets, financial derivatives and the carbon exchange, said the fall in the number of prospective issuers was driven by several factors, including global conditions.

“The decline in the number of prospective companies seeking to conduct IPOs has been influenced by several factors, including global market dynamics and heightened geopolitical uncertainty, which have affected companies’ timing for public offerings,” he said in a written statement, as quoted on Sunday (4 October 2026).
