These projects are included in the latest National Strategic Projects (PSN) under the Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs Regulation Number 16 of 2025. The regulation stipulates that if a National Strategic Project cannot be completed on time, the party responsible must report on its implementation and propose a revised completion plan to the Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs. From the list contained in the regulation, the government has re-included six inner-city toll road projects in Jakarta. Furthermore, the government will also accelerate the completion of the Jakarta-Cikampek II South Side Toll Road project, which connects the Special Capital Region of Jakarta and West Java Province.
