Nine New Toll Roads to Encircle Jakarta, Here is the List

The Jakarta area is set to be encircled by a number of new toll road sections. These projects are included in the latest National Strategic Projects (PSN) under the Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs Regulation Number 16 of 2025. The regulation stipulates that if a National Strategic Project cannot be completed on time, the party responsible must report on its implementation and propose a revised completion plan to the Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs. From the list contained in the regulation, the government has re-included six inner-city toll road projects in Jakarta. Furthermore, the government will also accelerate the completion of the Jakarta-Cikampek II South Side Toll Road project, which connects the Special Capital Region of Jakarta and West Java Province. In North Jakarta, several new toll road sections are currently under construction. These include the development of the Ir. Wiyoto Wiyono Toll Road, Harbour Road II Section (Ancol Timur-Pluit Elevated Toll Road construction). The government will also build the New Priok Eastern Access (NPEA) to Tanjung Priok Port in the Special Capital Region of Jakarta. The list of new toll road projects in DKI Jakarta includes: Semanan-Sunter Toll Road, Sunter-Pulo Gebang Toll Road, Duri Pulo-Kampung Melayu Toll Road, Kemayoran-Kampung Melayu Toll Road, Ulujami-Tanah Abang Toll Road, Pasar Minggu-Casablanca Toll Road, the Jakarta-Cikampek II South Side Toll Road, the New Priok Eastern Access (NPEA) construction, and the development of the Ir. Wiyoto Wiyono Toll Road, Harbour Road II Section.
