Nindya Karya Strengthens Supply Chain Through Strategic Partnership Forum 2026
PT Nindya Karya (Persero) is strengthening its partnership management with suppliers and business partners through the Strategic Partnership Forum (SPF) 2026. Held at the Nindya Building in Jakarta on 9 September 2026, the forum discussed the implementation of cooperation, project requirements, supply chains, as well as quality and governance aspects.
The President Director of PT Nindya Karya (Persero), Firmansyah, stated that business partners play a vital role in supporting the company’s operations and performance. According to him, partnership relationships must be built through open, professional, and performance-oriented collaboration.
“Relationships with partners are an essential part of Nindya Karya’s business ecosystem. Therefore, strong, transparent, professional, and performance-oriented collaboration is required so that every project can run smoothly and deliver the best results,” Firmansyah said in a press release on Friday (11/9/2026).
SPF 2026 lasted for two days and was attended by 60 representatives from business partners. On the first day, the forum discussed project developments, work execution experiences, and lessons learned to be considered for future projects.
These materials were presented by the Project Director of the Building Division, Bayu Apriyintadi. The discussion continued with discussions on value chain and financial aspects with the Senior Vice President of the Supply Chain Management (SCM) Division, Cut Raisa, and the Senior Vice President of the Finance Division, Arista Febri Eriyawan.
The discussions highlighted supply chain management and financial aspects in maintaining the effectiveness and sustainability of cooperation between Nindya Karya and its business partners.
On the second day, Nindya Karya introduced SISMAP (QHSE Management System for Individual Business Partners). The forum also discussed the integration of cooperation processes, project execution efficiency, quality, governance, and the working relationship between the company and its partners.
These materials were presented by Bayu Apriyadi, Project Director of Infrastructure Division 1, Djirzise Abdul Hakim, and the Senior Vice President of the QHSE Division, Dedikasi Firansyah. Participants on the second day included project foremen directly involved in work execution.
Nindya Karya’s Director of Finance and Risk Management, Sri Haryanto, stated that foremen play a crucial role in determining project success as they are on the front lines of execution.
“In our view, foremen or work partners serve as strategic partners who, together with PT Nindya Karya (Persero), share the same goal: to produce the best work. Therefore, it is necessary to maintain a mutual commitment to optimising time, cost, and productivity,” he said.
The forum also featured a knowledge-sharing session themed “Quality Excellence through Strategic Partner Management,” presented by Dr. Ir. Bimo Prasetyo. The session discussed managing relationships with strategic partners to support project quality.
Through SPF 2026, Nindya Karya aims to encourage long-term relationship management with partners by focusing on performance, quality, supply chain, and governance. The forum serves as a regular company agenda to evaluate cooperation while aligning project needs with partner capacity.
