Property agency Next Level Properti continues to expand its business network with the opening of its new branch, Next Level Properti West, in Surabaya on Monday (18/5). CEO of Next Level Properti, Yenny Hendrawati, stated that this branch marks the company’s sixth office, following previous establishments in HR Muhammad, Driyorejo, Bali, Malang, and Yogyakarta.

“Today we are opening another new branch, Next Level Properti West. In two days, we will also open in Jakarta, specifically in Pluit and Jakarta Garden City,” said Yenny. She added that the company is also preparing for expansion into several other cities, including Medan, Balikpapan, Tangerang, Solo, and Semarang.

According to Yenny, this aggressive expansion is driven by Next Level Properti’s vision to produce 100,000 high-quality property agents in Indonesia. “We do not charge franchise fees or royalties. This is a breakthrough for modern property agents who demand more transparency,” she noted.

Yenny assessed that current property market conditions are beginning to improve in both the primary and secondary sectors. Property transactions are reportedly gaining momentum alongside the emergence of more competitive pricing offers.

Meanwhile, the Director of Next Level Properti West, Daniel Lianto, stated that the property sector remains active despite fluctuating economic conditions.
