New Leadership Strengthens Transformation Acceleration at PLN Enjiniring

PLN Enjiniring has entered a new phase in its business journey after appointing a new board of directors. This leadership change is a strategic step to strengthen corporate governance, continue the transformation process, and accelerate the company’s role as a leading engineering consultant in supporting electricity infrastructure development and the energy transition in Indonesia. Based on a shareholders’ decision, Handy Wihartady has been entrusted with the position of President Director. Meanwhile, Ardhi Tartahadi has been appointed Director of Marketing and Business Development, Warsono serves as Director of Engineering, and Martono fills the position of Director of Finance, Risk Management and Human Capital. With the new management, PLN Enjiniring is optimistic it can continue various strategic programmes that have been initiated while strengthening its position as the Engineering Excellence Centre within the PLN Group. “The company will continue to deliver innovative, integrated and value-added engineering solutions to support the implementation of the 2025-2034 RUPTL, accelerate the energy transition, and build reliable, efficient and sustainable electricity infrastructure,” said PLN Enjiniring Corporate Secretary Anita Widyiastuti, as quoted on Thursday (2/7). As a strategic partner of the PLN Group, PLN Enjiniring continues to optimise its role as a guardian of spending by providing studies, planning and engineering solutions that ensure every investment in the electricity sector is well-targeted, effective and provides optimal added value. On the same occasion, PLN Enjiniring also expressed its highest appreciation and gratitude to Chairani Rachmatullah for her dedication, integrity and leadership during her tenure as President Director. Under her leadership, the company succeeded in strengthening the transformation foundation, enhancing engineering capabilities, expanding contributions to various national strategic electricity projects, and recording various positive achievements that serve as important capital for the company’s future growth. Gratitude was also extended to Kurnia Rumdhony for his dedication and contributions during his tenure as Director of Marketing and Business Development.
