New investments down on oil price, realization to grow 15%

Indonesian govt likes foreign Investor money, but doesn't like foreign investors. We've perfectly seen this with telco tower sharing issue. Lots of foreign investors started to put money into this (large sums), just to find out that few months later govt issued regulation forbidding foreign investors from owning telecommunication towers. When investors started to question this ruling, they got the response from head of Indonesian investment board saying that "This is our country, you are a guest here, so you must follow our rules!". Anyone investing in Indonesia after experiencing this must be completely crazy.
