New Infiniti price raised

JAKARTA: Nissan has already raised the price of its luxury car, the Infiniti I30, less than two months after it was launched.

A company representative said demand for the car was still strong but because of tax and other financial reasons, the price has been raised from Rp 130 million (US$52,000) to Rp 132.5 million.

Indomobil president, Soebronto Laras, said before the launch that Rp 130 million would only be an introductory offer, because it tied in with the car's name, but it was expected to last for longer than it has.
