New Directors of Buleleng Market Company Inaugurated, Targeted to Contribute IDR 1 Billion to Regional Revenue
Bupati of Buleleng, I Nyoman Sutjidra, officially inaugurated the new board of directors for the regional public company (Perumda) Pasar Argha Nayottama. He immediately set a target for the new directors to contribute IDR 1 billion to the region’s Locally-Generated Revenue (PAD) in their first year of office.
The inauguration took place in the meeting room of the Bupati’s official residence on Friday (3/7/2026). The event was attended by the Chair of the Buleleng TP PKK, Ny. Wardhany Sutjidra, the Chair of the Buleleng DPRD, Ketut Ngurah Arya, and the Regional Secretary of Buleleng, Gede Suyasa, who also served as the Chair of the Director Selection Committee.
During the ceremony, I Ketut Mas Angarta Tenaya was appointed as President Director, Komang Sonni as Finance Director, and I Made Sulistiawan as Operations Director.
After administering the oath of office, Sutjidra stressed that the directors had signed a work contract containing seven key points. The contract emphasises integrity, ethics, regulatory compliance, improving company performance, and the target for contributing to the PAD.
‘At the very least, they must deposit IDR 1 billion, that is for the first year,’ Sutjidra asserted.
Beyond pursuing revenue targets, Sutjidra urged the new directors to build solid communication, both internally within the company and with the Buleleng Regency Government. He stated that synergy is key for Perumda Pasar to grow and provide greater benefits to the region.
Sutjidra also expressed appreciation for the competitive selection process. The high number of applicants indicated a strong public interest in serving and bringing change to the regional company.
‘This means that those who wish to serve, with competent backgrounds and experience, are expected to lead Perumda Pasar Argha Nayottama to become better in the future,’ he said.
Sutjidra is optimistic that the new management can improve the performance of Perumda Pasar Argha Nayottama. The three directors will lead the regional company for a five-year term, covering the period 2026-2031.
