New CPO export price set

JAKARTA (JP): The Ministry of Finance announced here yesterday
new export prices for Crude Palm Oil (CPO), Refined Bleached
Deodorized Palm Oil (RBD PO), Crude Olein and Refined Bleached
Deodorized Olein (RBD Olein) valid for this month.

The export prices, set as a base for the collection of export
tax, were US$434 per metric ton for CPO and $465 for RBD PO, $484
for Crude Olein and $514 for RBD Olein.

The ministry said that the export tax on CPO is zero this
month, compared to $13.44 per ton in July and that on RBD PO was
cut to $10.50 from $15.00 per ton in July.

The ministry said that the export tax on RBD PO is $3.00 per
ton, compared with $13.20 in July and that on Crude Olein $14.25
from $18.75 per ton. (icn)
