New Commercial Area Offers a Multifunctional Concept for Business Operators
CitraGarden City is expanding its Sunset Avenue development in West Jakarta with the launch of Solea Terrace, a new three-storey shophouse product that combines commercial space with lifestyle experiences and overlooks a lake and sunset views. The project features Mediterranean-inspired architecture and targets tenants seeking a lifestyle-oriented business environment. ‘The current business trend is not just about location, but the experience offered to customers. Solea Terrace presents a concept that allows tenants to create a different atmosphere, especially with a rooftop and a view of the lake,’ said Jimmy Soh, General Manager Sales & Marketing of CitraGarden City, in a press release received on Friday, 22 May. Solea Terrace is developed on Sunset Avenue, West Jakarta, integrating commercial functions with experiential spaces for both tenants and visitors. A key advantage is the rooftop terrace that faces the lake and sunset area. All units are oriented toward the lake and the main boulevard, making them potentially suitable for lifestyle businesses such as cafes, restaurants or lounges. Compared with previous commercial projects, Solea Terrace offers enhancements in specifications, including three-storey buildings with a standard width of five metres and a multifunction concept allowing a unit to be used for various business needs. Supporting facilities include a double parking area and electric-vehicle charging stations to meet visitor needs. The development is reinforced by nearby active residential areas such as Forris Private, Lavia Living, Cluster Malta and The Forestine, with additional potential demand from the Citra 8 area. Accessibility is considered strategic due to proximity to toll roads and Soekarno–Hatta International Airport, which is expected to strengthen Sunset Avenue’s position as a new lifestyle district in West Jakarta. Deputy General Manager Sales & Marketing of CitraGarden City, Jeffrey Jie, said the Sunset Avenue area will continue to be developed as a centre for business activity and lifestyle. ‘With the ecosystem already formed and growing, we are optimistic that Solea Terrace will become an important part of the area’s development, both in terms of business and lifestyle,’ he added.
