New bus routes needed

Greater Jakarta needs long distance transportation as a result
of the rapid development of areas surrounding the capital.

I think the opening of a new bus route from Pasar Minggu in
South Jakarta to Tanjung Priok in North Jakarta, passing the
areas of Kalibata, Jatinegara, Matraman, Senen, Kemayoran and
Sunter, would help many daily commuters and would at the same
time reduce some of the load on other itineraries.

The existing routes compel passengers to change buses too
often. This is a waste of energy and time, and is not cost-
efficient.
