JAKARTA (JP): PT Plaza Indonesia Realty, the owner of Plaza
Indonesia shopping center, is preparing a new shopping facility
called Grand Hyatt Galeria.
The company's corporate secretary, Sylvia S. Ratulangi, said
yesterday that the facility is located on a 1,000 square-meter
section previously leased by Fire discotheque.
"The facility, which is scheduled to open later this year,
will feature international branded attire and fashion products
including Cerruti, Gianfranco Ferre, Emanuel Ungaro, Thierry
Mugler, Dolce & Gabbana, Manalo Blahnik, Tiffany & Co and
Bvlgari," she said.
She said that the company is targeting the middle and upper
classes as the new facility's customers.
Plaza Indonesia, which is located in the same property as the
Grand Hyatt Hotel, one of the city's deluxe hotels, is launching
currently a wide series of renovations on its shops, to keep its
position as a leading shopping center. (icn)
