NELY Temporarily Suspends Eduard Halomoan from Director Position

PT Pelayaran Nelly Dwi Putri Tbk. (NELY) has announced the temporary suspension of Eduard Halomoan as Director of the company. The suspension took effect on 17 June 2026.

“The Board of Commissioners has temporarily suspended Mr. Eduard Halomoan as Director of the Company, effective 17 June 2026,” management wrote, citing an information disclosure to the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) on Friday (19/6/2026).

Further decisions regarding the temporary suspension of the board member will be made at the company’s General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPS). “We will announce the timing later to either revoke or confirm the temporary suspension decision,” the statement continued.

Management confirmed that there is no material impact on the company’s operational activities, legal standing, financial condition, or business continuity.

Meanwhile, NELY shares rose 1% to 202 by the end of the first trading session today. However, year-to-date, NELY shares have experienced a correction of 56.47%.
