PT Capitol Nusantara Indonesia Tbk. (CANI) has announced the sale of four vessels to PT Adhi Berlian Shipping for Rp 20,100,000,000, equivalent to US$1,111,234 at an exchange rate of Rp 18,088 as of 29 July 2026.

According to a disclosure filed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI), the four vessels are the tugboats ASL Abadi, sold for Rp 5,000,000,000, and ASL Abadi 3, sold for Rp 5,300,000,000.

In addition, the tugboat ASL Abadi 4 was sold for Rp 4,900,000,000, and the tugboat ASL Abadi 5 for Rp 4,900,000,000.

All of these assets were sold to PT Adhi Berlian Shipping, with the seller being PT Capitol Nusantara Indonesia Tbk. (CANI).

The company disclosed that, based on its interim financial statements as of 31 March 2026, its equity stood at negative US$34.55 million.

Meanwhile, the company’s total assets for the same period amounted to US$7.16 million. With the transaction value reaching 15.52% of the company’s total assets as of 31 December 2025, the corporate action meets the criteria of a material transaction as stipulated in POJK Number 17 of 2020 on Material Transactions and Changes in Business Activities.

Management said the expected benefits of the vessel sales include restoring the company’s financial health, sustaining its business operations, and delivering long-term added value to the company’s shareholders.
