It is ridiculous to see how the king of dangdut -- that
genre of music that is a blend of Malay and Indian tunes and
rhythms -- panicked because of his own transgression. When he was
found in the house of a pretty young woman in the early morning
hours, he gave a very insensible reason. Then he slandered those
not involved in the incident.

Inul Daratista, the gyrating queen, was one of his victims.
While shunning public attention after facing the music from the
king of dangdut, she was suddenly accused of masterminding the
exposure of his misdeed.

So, the king of dangdut should repent and ask for forgiveness
from God and the "fellow Muslims" you always claim to represent.
He should not get angry and slander other people carelessly.

Ulemas and Islamic clerics should comment on the misconduct of
this haj. A man and a woman are not allowed to be in a locked
room (especially at night) unless they are married. Somewhere in
the Koran it is said that if a man and a woman who is not his
wife are together, the third party will be the devil.

In this respect, can Rhoma Irama fool the public about the
religious legality of his presence in a locked room at night with
a woman?

The king of dangdut is also human and must not claim to be the
only righteous person in the world. He must not accuse others or
slander other people.
