Natural way to control fertility

JAKARTA (JP): An increasing demand for natural ways of dealing
with health issues makes a book titled The Billings Method: Using
The Body's Natural Signal of Fertility to Achieve or Avoid
Pregnancy a hot item.

According to a release made available to the Post, the book,
which was first published in 1980, has sold more than a million
copies in 22 languages. The method, which is regarded as
"knowledge that every woman ought to have", explains how a woman
can observe her body's natural signals of fertility and use that
knowledge to achieve or avoid pregnancy.

The book's authors, Melbourne doctors Evelyn and John
Billings, discovered, among other, the method is actually ancient
knowledge which was handed down from grandmother to granddaughter
in some African tribes, and was also known to some Aboriginals.
