Sometime ago I read in the papers that Perum Otorita Jatiluhur
is cooperating with another government body on the production of
artificial rain along the Citarum River.

It is still raining in Bandung and its surroundings, where
storms are often accompanied by thunder and lightning, after the
Bureau of Meteorology and Geophysics had forecasted that April
1997 would be a dry month.

Now, who among the Pikiran Rakyat readers would be able to say
if the recent showers were real or artificially induced?
