NatSteel-LKN tie up

SINGAPORE (Reuter): NatSteel Ltd and construction based Lim
Kah Ngam (LKN) and two other partners have set up a marketing and
management company, Unimar Marketing Pte Ltd, a NatSteel
statement said yesterday.

Unimar will manage and market resort and property developed by
the shareholders.

NatSteel and LKN both hold 30 percent each in the company. The
other shareholders with 20 percent each are Indonesia's PT Titra
Utama Riani Indah and Intramar Resources (Guernsey) Ltd.
