Nation's leaders

I earnestly appeal to the nation's leaders to stick to the
principles of Pancasila and to always abide by their pledge of
devotion to Almighty God.

The people, like their leaders, want to live a meaningful
life. The leaders should use their common sense and conscience,
and be honest to the people. They should not complain about the
burden of governing the country because they are paid enough for
that, and they enjoy the good facilities that none of our heroes
had in their struggle to wipe out colonialism. For the heroes,
sacrifice of body and soul was part of their pleasure.
