The Ministry of Manpower (Kemnaker) has announced that the selection process for Phase 4 of the 2026 National Vocational Training will take place from 13 to 19 August. Director General of Vocational Training and Productivity Development (Binalavotas) Darmawansyah stated in Jakarta on Wednesday that the selection is conducted to ensure prospective participants are ready and suitable for their chosen training fields. “Selection is a crucial stage before candidates are confirmed as training participants. We hope all prospective participants follow every stage diligently and according to the schedule,” Darmawansyah said. The selection process follows the official closure of registration for Batch 4 of the 2026 National Vocational Training tonight at 11.59 p.m. Western Indonesian Time. He further noted that the opportunity to join vocational training should be taken seriously, as the learning process is designed to equip participants with skills relevant to the needs of the job market. “For those who are later declared successful, make the most of this opportunity. Follow the entire learning process with discipline and commitment so that the skills acquired can serve as a foundation to enhance competitiveness in the world of work,” he said. According to Darmawansyah, the success of the training is determined not only by the material provided but also by the participants’ dedication to the learning process. “Therefore, participants are expected to be active during the training and able to apply the skills they have gained,” he added. He also urged all prospective participants to follow each stage of the selection according to the established schedule and to monitor information regularly through the Skillhub platform. The selection results will be announced on 20 August 2026 via the Skillhub platform. Participants who are declared successful will then attend a participant orientation and begin training on 26 August 2026.
