National Police Pursue Ko Andre alias "The Doctor", Alleged Drug Supplier to Koko Erwin

Jakarta — The Narcotics Crime Directorate (Dittipidnarkoba) of the National Police Criminal Investigation Bureau (Bareskrim Polri) is pursuing Ko Andre alias The Doctor, who is suspected of supplying crystal methamphetamine to suspected drug kingpin Erwin Iskandar, known as Koko Erwin.

The pursuit involves placing Ko Andre on the wanted persons list (DPO) issued on 1 March 2026.

Brigadier General Eko Hadi Santoso, Director of the Narcotics Crime Directorate at the National Police Criminal Investigation Bureau, stated in Jakarta on Monday that Ko Andre is a drug dealer and distributor who smuggled narcotics into Indonesia through land routes and cargo services.

Andre supplied various types of narcotics, including crystal methamphetamine, vape cartridges containing etomidate, and happy water, according to Santoso. “The etomidate-containing vape cartridges were branded Ferrari and Lamborghini,” he noted.

The Doctor also maintains a network in Riau Province. “The etomidate-containing vape cartridges are shipped by sea from Malaysia through Dumai, Riau. Meanwhile, crystal methamphetamine shipments are mostly sent via cargo services, packed inside dolls and wrapped in gift boxes,” Santoso explained.

In connection with Koko Erwin’s network, Andre sold crystal methamphetamine to the suspected kingpin in two separate transactions.

According to the wanted persons list document, Ko Andre’s full name is Andre Fernado. He resides in Cempaka Putih, Kemayoran, Central Jakarta and is self-employed.

The man, born in 1994, stands 165 centimetres tall, weighs 70 kilogrammes, has short straight black hair, a heavyset build, and medium brown skin tone.

The wanted persons list requests that he be monitored, arrested, surrendered, or have his whereabouts reported to investigators at the relevant police office. His mobile number is listed as 081385277785.
