National Police Headquarters Team Inspects Masceti Post to Ensure Optimal Operation Ketupat Agung
The Supervisory Operations Team from National Police Headquarters visited the Nyepi and Idul Fitri 2026 Celebration Service Post at the Masceti intersection in Gianyar Regency. This visit aimed to ensure that Operation Ketupat Agung 2026 runs optimally.
The supervision was led directly by Brigadier General Yaqub Dedy Karyawan along with his entourage. This visit forms part of the oversight and evaluation of regional units’ preparedness in facing the Eid exodus and return flows, coinciding with this year’s Nyepi holiday series.
Present at the event were the Head of the Bali Regional Police Support Team, Commissioner I Kade Utama Wijaya, along with his team, Gianyar Police Chief Chandra C. Kesuma, senior officials from Gianyar Police Resort, Blahbatuh Police Sector Chief Commissioner Luh Putu Sri Sumartini, as well as combined personnel on duty at the Service Post.
During the visit, the National Police Headquarters Operations Supervisory Team conducted direct checks on the post’s administration, rest area facilities, and personnel readiness in anticipating the increased return flow of holidaymakers. The activity was brief but thorough in attention to operational readiness details on the ground.
Gianyar Police Chief AKBP Chandra C. Kesuma stated that all units are ready to carry out maximum security to provide a sense of safety and comfort to the public.
“We at Gianyar Police Resort, together with related agencies, have prepared personnel and infrastructure optimally at all service posts and security points. This visit by the National Police Headquarters Operations Supervisory Team serves as motivation for us to continue improving readiness, particularly in anticipating the return flow and maintaining secure and conducive public order and security during the Nyepi and Idul Fitri 2026 series,” said the Police Chief.
After the inspection, at 09:30 WITA, the National Police Headquarters Operations Supervisory Team and entourage continued their journey to Bali Regional Police Headquarters.
This visit is expected to further strengthen inter-agency synergy and ensure that the entire Operation Ketupat Agung 2026 series in Gianyar Regency runs safely, orderly, and smoothly.
