Jakarta – The National Police Chief General Listyo Sigit Prabowo has distributed aid packages and basic supplies to personnel of the Bhayangkara Corps ahead of Eid al-Fitr 1447 Hijrah, or Lebaran 2026.

Brigadier General Budhi Herdi Susianto, Head of the Personnel Development and Welfare Division at National Police Headquarters, stated in Jakarta on Tuesday that the distribution of basic supply packages represents an expression of the National Police Chief’s concern for the welfare of members and staff at National Police Headquarters as they approach the religious holiday.

“As a manifestation of leadership attention to the dedication and service of all colleagues,” he said.

He expressed hope that the assistance would serve as an encouragement for all National Police personnel in celebrating Eid al-Fitr with their families in happiness and joy.

In the distribution activity, a total of 38,268 basic supply packages were allocated. The breakdown includes 29,960 packages for National Police members, 2,752 packages for National Police civil servants, 107 packages for National Police contract workers, 1,189 packages for National Police attached personnel, and 4,260 packages for National Police daily labourers.

The remaining packages will be distributed to retired National Police officers, widows of fallen officers, and communities surrounding National Police Headquarters.
