National Police Chief Attends Iftar Ceremony with Indonesian Labour Confederation

National Police Chief (Kapolri) General Listyo Sigit Prabowo attended an iftar ceremony with the Indonesian Labour Confederation (KSBSI). The Police Chief’s arrival was welcomed directly by KSBSI Chairperson Elly Rosita Silaban.

The event took place at The Tribrata building in South Jakarta on Sunday, 1 March 2026. General Sigit entered the event venue at approximately 16:45 WIB.

Upon entering the venue, the Police Chief was accompanied by Elly. Also present were KSBSI members and the labour affairs desk of Bareskrim Polri. Additionally, KSPSI President Said Iqbal attended.

The ceremony opened with the singing of the Indonesian national anthem. This was followed by a recitation of Qur’anic verses and Qur’an recitation by police members. A presentation showcasing KSBSI activities with the police was also displayed.

Approximately 600 participants from 13 labour federations attended the event. A number of children from orphanages were also present.
