National Police Chief General Suyudi Ario Seto has appointed Inspector General Arie Ardian Rishadi as the Head of the National Police Anti-Corruption Criminal Investigation Corps (Kakortastipidkor).

The appointment is based on National Police Chief Telegram Number ST/2205/X/KEP./2026, dated 2 October 2026. A total of 88 personnel were transferred in the telegram.

Arie previously served as the Acting Director of the Law Enforcement Directorate at the Ministry of Law. Arie succeeds Inspector General Totok Suharyanto in the position of Kakortastipidkor.

Totok has subsequently been appointed as the Regional Police Chief of West Sulawesi, replacing Inspector General Adi Deriyan Jayamarta.

National Police Public Relations Division Head, Inspector General Johnny Eddizon Isir, previously stated that mutations within the National Police are part of organisational dynamics to maintain the continuity of duties while providing space for career development for personnel.

“Mutations and rotations of positions are part of the National Police’s organisational dynamics. This is carried out according to organisational needs and as part of career development and refreshment in the execution of policing duties,” Johnny said in a written statement on Saturday (3/10).
